The ideal profile is hands-on, pragmatic and solution-oriented, with the ability to anticipate challenges, make decisions and drive the project forward from planning to delivery, in a dynamic on-site environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the operational management and execution of the project.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources and costs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, clients, partners and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Anticipate and resolve operational challenges, ensuring the project remains on track.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment across all parties involved.
• Report directly to the Operations Director and CEO.
