Job summary

Sener en Ingeniería is seeking a BIM Architect in Portugal to coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across architectural, structural, civil and MEP disciplines. You will implement the BEP, organize BIM tasks, monitor progress, and lead coordination meetings to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes model federation, clash detection, and maintaining information in the CDE, with a focus on delivering accurate as-built documentation and coordination risk reporting.

Qualifications

• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across architectural, structural, civil and MEP disciplines.
• Implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), organise BIM tasks and monitor progress against project milestones.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, assign and track issues, and verify their resolution.
