Job summary

QUARK & SENER is seeking a BIM Architect to coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across architectural, structural, civil and MEP disciplines, collaborating with engineers, designers and construction teams. You will implement the BIM Execution Plan, organise tasks and monitor progress against milestones.

You will federate models, verify coordinates, conduct clash detection, lead coordination meetings, review model quality, manage exchanges in the Common Data Environment, and support site

Qualifications

• University degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or related field.
• Experience in BIM modelling and coordination across multiple disciplines.
• Proficiency in Navisworks Manage for model federation, clash detection and coordination reviews.
• Experience with ACC and CDE workflows, including model sharing, document control, revisions and issues.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings across disciplines and understand construction interfaces.
• Experience reviewing model quality and coordinating information exchanges, including IFC.
• Ability to organize tasks, guide modelers and communicate with technical and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across architectural, structural, civil and MEP disciplines, working closely with engineers, designers and construction teams.
• Implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), organise BIM tasks and monitor progress against project milestones.
• Federate models, verify coordinates and levels, and carry out clash detection and coordination reviews.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, assign and track issues, and verify their resolution.
• Review model and drawing quality, including parameters, naming conventions and compliance with project standards.
• Manage model exchanges and delivery workflows within the Common Data Environment (CDE), maintaining revision control and information traceability.
• Support site coordination, ensuring that approved changes are reflected in models and documentation through to as-built delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to modelling teams and report coordination risks to the BIM Manager and project team.
