Job summary

Quark Sener Group in Lisbon is seeking an experienced BIM Architect to coordinate multidisciplinary models across architectural, structural, civil and MEP domains, ensuring BEP adherence and model federation within the CDE. You will lead coordination meetings and maintain model quality throughout design and delivery stages.

The role requires proficiency in Navisworks Manage and Autodesk Construction Cloud, an ability to read technical drawings, and strong collaboration with engineers, designers

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models across architecture, structure and MEP.
• Ability to implement and monitor BEP and tasks against milestones.
• Proficiency in model federation, coordinates verification and clash reviews.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and manage issues to resolution.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and models from multiple disciplines.
• Organize model exchanges and maintain revision control in CDE.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models across architectural, structural, civil and MEP disciplines, working closely with engineers, designers and construction teams.
• Implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), organise BIM tasks and monitor progress against project milestones.
• Federate models, verify coordinates and levels, and carry out clash detection and coordination reviews.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, assign and track issues, and verify their resolution.
• Review model and drawing quality, including parameters, naming conventions and compliance with project standards.
• Manage model exchanges and delivery workflows within the Common Data Environment (CDE), maintaining revision control and information traceability.
• Support site coordination, ensuring that approved changes are reflected in models and documentation through to as-built delivery.
• Provide technical guidance to modelling teams and report coordination risks to the BIM Manager and project team.

• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and CDE workflows, including model sharing, document control, revisions and issues.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and models across disciplines and understand their construction interfaces.
• Experience reviewing model quality and coordinating information exchanges, including IFC.
• Ability to organize tasks, guide modelers and communicate clearly with technical and site teams.

Willingness and availability to travel.

It would also be beneficial to have:

• High level of English.
• University degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in the construction of Data Centres.
