Glanua Ltd, a progressive player in water and wastewater projects, is seeking a BIM Coordinator. The role involves coordinating 3D models, delivering design data, and ensuring BEP compliance across design and construction stages.

You will report on clashes, manage the CDE, and collaborate with the digital delivery team to achieve high-quality deliverables. Ideally, you have strong Revit and Navisworks skills, experience with Synchro Pro, and a proactive, team-oriented approach to digital

Qualificações

• A third-level qualification in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Construction Management or equivalent.
• Advanced BIM and design coordination experience preferred.
• Experience with 3D modelling and digital delivery standards is essential.
• Must understand BIM standards ISO19650 or PAS1192 is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate multi-discipline 3D models and design deliverables to align with BEP.
• Manage CDE structure, permissions and BEP compliance across project phases.
• Monitor clashes, track resolutions and report progress to design leads.
• Support construction phase with model updates and as-built information.
• Ensure model data supports downstream processes and asset information model.
