Elite Escapes is seeking a Remote Cruise Planner to help clients turn travel dreams into bookings. You will match travelers with the right cruise line, ship, itinerary, and onboard experience, using a consultative sales approach.

You’ll communicate across email, chat, and phone, handling quotes, deposits, and itineraries while building long-term relationships to encourage repeat sailings.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales or travel booking is a plus.
• Excellent communication and willingness to guide client decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple quotes.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with clients to understand travel preferences, budget, and dates.
• Recommend cruise lines, ships, itineraries, cabins, and add-ons.
• Turn inquiries into bookings via email, chat, and phone with a client-first approach.
• Explain options including deposits, payments, and travel protection clearly.
• Handle booking details, changes, and special requests professionally.
• Build post-booking relationships to drive repeat sailings and referrals.
