DP World Porto is seeking a Field Sales Manager for Freight Forwarding to grow our business by building lasting customer relationships and identifying new opportunities in air, ocean, and road freight.

You will collaborate with sales, operations, tender management, and trade lanes to design tailored logistics solutions, meet targets, and drive long-term account growth in a dynamic international environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales within Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation.
• Strong commercial mindset to identify, develop, and close opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with international business communication.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to travel (driver's license).

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Freight Forwarding (air, ocean, and road).
• Manage a book of business, growing volume, revenue, and margin.
• Maintain CRM daily to manage the sales pipeline and record activities.
• Visit prospective and existing customers to build long-term relationships.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and service offerings.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events when required.
