Decskill is seeking an experienced Observability SRE Engineer to design, implement and operate monitoring across cloud, on-premise and distributed systems. You will drive observability strategy, dashboards and incident response for national and international projects.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in observability, hands-on with Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), plus strong English skills and a passion for reliability and automation.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience implementing and operating observability frameworks and monitoring platforms.
• Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent enterprise monitoring solutions.
• Experience defining and implementing monitoring strategies covering: Metrics, Logs, Traces, APM, Synthetic Monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and Alerting.
• Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Relevant certifications in observability or monitoring platforms are considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and operate observability frameworks and enterprise monitoring platforms.
• Drive the continuous improvement of observability processes across infrastructure, applications, cloud environments, and distributed systems.
• Define and implement monitoring strategies covering Metrics, Logs, Traces, APM, Synthetic Monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), and Alerting.
• Develop dashboards, monitoring standards, and operational visibility capabilities.
• Support proactive incident detection, performance optimization, and service reliability initiatives.
• Implement and maintain observability solutions across cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to ensure end-to-end visibility and monitoring coverage.
• Contribute to the adoption of best practices for monitoring and observability in modern distributed architectures.
