We are looking for an experienced Observability Engineer to join a team focused on delivering robust monitoring, observability, and automation solutions across critical business platforms. You will play a key role in designing and implementing modern observability practices, enabling proactive monitoring, performance optimization, and operational excellence across cloud-based environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage observability solutions to monitor the health and performance of systems and applications.
- Create and manage dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide actionable insights into system behavior and performance.
- Utilize observability tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, PRTG, or similar technologies to build comprehensive monitoring platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to observability and monitoring.
- Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for observability solutions.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate observability practices into CI/CD pipelines.
- Promote observability best practices across internal teams and support consistent adoption throughout the organization.
- Evaluate and implement new observability tools and technologies to enhance monitoring and alerting capabilities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on observability practices and tools.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in modern observability, with a focus on cloud technologies and automation.
- Proven experience designing and implementing observability solutions using open standards.
- Hands-on experience with observability platforms such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, and/or PRTG.
- Strong understanding of cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Previous software development experience is highly valued.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD methodologies, and automation tools.
- Understanding of security best practices and their application within observability frameworks.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies.
- Fluent Portuguese and professional English (minimum B2 level).
