Randstad Portugal, Lisbon-based, is seeking an Observability Engineer to lead end-to-end design and management of critical observability platforms in high-availability environments.

You will drive CI/CD pipeline integration, build and optimize dashboards and alerts, and promote open observability standards while mentoring teammates in a hybrid work setting.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana or PRTG.
• Azure infrastructure experience.
• Ability to design complex dashboards and alerts.
• Familiarity with open observability standards.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and oversee observability solutions across critical systems.
• Establish and scale observability best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers to level up team technical capabilities.

Lead the end-to-end design and management of critical observability platforms for high-availability environments, driving CI/CD pipeline integration and modern observability culture.

Technical Stack & Requirements

• Essential: Hands-on experience with Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, or PRTG; Azure infrastructure; design of complex dashboards/alerts; open observability standards.
• Nice to have: Software development background, DevOps mindset, AWS/GCP, and security practices.
