Job summary

HAVI TechHUB in Lisbon is seeking an Observability Engineer to design, implement, and evolve the enterprise observability capability across platforms and services. You will ensure that system health, performance, and reliability signals are visible, measurable, and actionable.

The role builds and maintains logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting frameworks to empower SRE, Platform Engineering, and Application Development teams to proactively detect, diagnose, and prevent issues; it operates in a

Qualifications

• 4+ years in monitoring, observability, or SRE-related roles.
• Experience implementing enterprise logging and metrics platforms.
• Experience supporting cloud-native or distributed systems environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to translate telemetry into actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in cross-regional/global teams preferred.

• Design, implement, and evolve the observability capability across platforms and services.
