Matchtech is seeking a Systems Engineer (SRE, Observability & Performance Engineering) in Lisboa. In this role, you will enhance system reliability, performance, and monitoring capabilities across critical systems.

• Design, implement, and evolve observability and monitoring platforms.
• Analyse complex incidents and drive structural improvements.
• Define and execute performance engineering strategies across systems.
• Validate system behaviour under load and ensure high availability.
• Produce performance reports and analyse metrics.
