TMC in Lisbon is hiring Junior and Senior Observability Engineers focused on ELK stack, monitoring, and platform reliability in large-scale environments.

Candidates with 0-2 years in IT and 5+ years in Observability/Production Support are welcome, with strong ELK experience and English proficiency (C1). The role offers a hybrid Lisbon-based work setup and engagement with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.

Qualificações

• 0-2 years of IT experience in IT environments.
• 5+ years in IT with a focus on Observability and Production Support.
• Professional English (C1) proficiency required.
• Strong hands-on Elastic Stack experience (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Beats, Elastic Agents).
• Linux and/or Windows familiarity; Git-based workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, log, and improve platform reliability in large-scale environments.
• Create dashboards, alerts, and runbooks using ELK components.
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD processes and incident response.

Junior & Senior Observability Engineers (ELK) - Hybrid (Lisbon)

We're currently looking for Junior and Senior Observability Engineers- ELK to join a dynamic team focused on monitoring, logging, and platform reliability in large-scale environments.

0-2 years of experience in IT environments

Understanding of Observability concepts (logs, metrics, traces)

Basic knowledge of Linux and/or Windows

Familiarity with Git and CI/CD concepts

Professional English (C1)

5+ years of experience in IT environments with a focus on Observability and Production Support

Strong hands-on experience with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Logstash, Beats, Elastic Agents)

Solid understanding of logs, metrics, traces, dashboarding, and alerting

Experience with CI/CD tools and Git-based workflows

Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes

Professional English (C1)

Eligibility: EU Citizenship, Residency Card, or a valid Portuguese Work Permit
