HAVI TechHUB in Lisbon is seeking an Observability Engineer to design, implement, and evolve our observability capabilities across platforms and services. You will ensure health, performance, and reliability signals are visible, measurable, and actionable for SRE, Platform Engineering, and Application Development teams.

You will build and maintain logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting frameworks to proactively detect, diagnose, and prevent issues, enabling data-driven reliability improvements

Qualificações

• 4+ years in monitoring, observability, or SRE-related roles.
• Experience implementing enterprise logging and metrics platforms.
• Experience with cloud-native or distributed systems environments.

We are hiring a Observability Engineer

About The Role

We are looking for an Observability Engineer to join our TechHUB in Lisbon!

The Observability Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving the enterprise observability capability across platforms and services. The role ensures that system health, performance, and reliability signals are visible, measurable, and actionable.

The Observability Engineer builds and maintains logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting frameworks that enable SRE, Platform Engineering, and Application Development teams to proactively detect, diagnose, and prevent system issues.

This role operates within a global model and plays a foundational role in enabling data-driven reliability and performance improvements.

The Skills

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

• 4+ years of experience in monitoring, observability, or SRE-related roles.
• Experience implementing enterprise-level logging and metrics platforms.
• Experience supporting cloud-native or distributed systems environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to translate technical telemetry into actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in cross-regional/global teams preferred.
