Air Liquide ALEBS is seeking a Finance Analyst to manage cash flow by analyzing customer accounts and driving timely collections across the AMEI region. You will liaise with local teams to resolve invoicing issues, ensure order releases, and optimize credit limits and contracts.

The role requires 1+ year of experience in a similar function, a finance/Accounting background, and fluent English; additional languages are a differentiator.

Competenze

• Accounting/finance background required or nice to have
• 1+ year of professional experience in a similar function
• Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous
• Experience in Global Business Services center is a strong plus

Mansioni

• Drive cash flow management by analyzing customer accounts and ensuring on-time collections
• Coordinate with local teams to resolve invoicing issues and ensure timely order release
• Analyze customer data to set credit limits and optimize contracts
• Reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and minimize overdue documents
• Prepare account statements and dunning letters and support the Legal department with write-offs
• Engage with customers through multiple channels to collect unpaid invoices
• Develop KPIs and data insights to mitigate financial risks and improve performance
