Product Pulse in Lisbon is seeking talented Norwegian speakers to join our international team. You will provide customer support via phone, email, and chat, helping customers with product questions and orders in a fast-paced environment.

Initially on-site for 3 months, then moving to a hybrid model. The role offers a competitive salary package, paid training, and a modern Lisbon office in a multicultural setting.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Norwegian (C1-C2).
• Good command of English.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good computer skills and ability to multitask.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Norwegian via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product-related questions, orders, and general inquiries.
• Deliver professional and solution-oriented support while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within set deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal departments to resolve ongoing cases.
• Maintain and update internal systems and customer records.
• Ensure clear and professional communication at all times.
