FH Collective Academy is seeking a Customer Support Representative in Lisbon, Portugal to assist Norwegian-speaking customers with empathy and accuracy. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver a high level of service across channels.

The role requires fluent Norwegian, eligibility to work in Lisbon, and a willingness to work Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. The position offers a base monthly salary of 1,400 € plus performance and language bonuses.

Qualificações
