FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist Norwegian-speaking customers with empathetic and accurate service during business hours.

You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction while working 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday. Local residence is required; relocation support is not provided.

About The Position

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative for our client's project in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will provide empathetic and accurate customer support to Norwegian-speaking customers.

Key Information

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
• Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00
• Gross Salary: 1,400.00 € gross/month
• Relocation: No relocation support provided

Bonus

• Performance Bonus: 100.00€
• Language Bonus: 150.00€
