Creatio is seeking an innovative Business Analyst to join our No-Code Development Team. Our mission is to address real-world challenges and drive transformative impact through no-code technology

In this role, you'll leverage the Creatio platform, which allows you to cover most CRM functionalities with no-code development. You will utilize these tools to create applications and conduct research to determine what is actually needed to solve real-world problems effectively.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in conducting business analysis and research tasks.
• Knowledge of BPMN notation for modeling processes.
• Experience with software development teams or IT projects.
• Experience configuring information systems via UI-based tools.
• Strong understanding of technology concepts and data structures.
• Fast learner with ability to adapt to new UI tools.
• Proficient in English for stakeholder collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• UI creation with no-code tools and a drag‑and‑drop designer.
• Develop server logic automation using no‑code BPMN-style tools.
• Create web services (REST/SOAP) for system integration.
• Configure webhook services for secure external communication.
• Design scalability database schemas with Creatio Objects.
• Decompose user stories into executable tasks.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Use Git/SVN for version control and collaboration.
