We are looking for an Agentic & Low-Code Specialist passionate about designing and implementing scalable, intelligent, and interconnected business workflows. This role sits at the intersection of process automation, AI integration, and system connectivity.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in low-code and no-code automation platforms such as n8n, Make and Zapier, has a strong grasp of APIs and data integration, and possesses the creativity to translate complex business requirements into efficient, autonomous solutions. A key focus of this role is leveraging AI agents and Large Language Models to create sophisticated, human-in-the-loop workflows that drive significant operational efficiency across marketing, operations, and product development.

You will be a key driver of digital transformation, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, architect solutions, and ensure our automations are robust, maintainable, and aligned with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Design & Development: Architect, build, and deploy complex, multi-step automated workflows using low-code platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier and others) to integrate disparate systems: CRM, marketing automation, databases and internal tools.
• System Integration: Manage and use REST APIs, Webhooks, and native connectors to ensure reliable data flow and system connectivity.
• Process Optimization: Proactively identify manual, repetitive, or bottleneck processes across the organization and design automated solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• AI Agent Development: Embed and orchestrate AI agents, LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and specialized AI services into workflows for data enrichment, content generation, classification, and decision-making.
• Human-in-the-Loop: Design robust workflows that incorporate human validation and intervention points to manage uncertainty and maintain quality in AI-driven processes.
• Prompt Engineering: Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to maximize the efficiency and reliability of LLMs within automations.
• Data Handling: Ensure effective data organization, manipulation, and transformation within workflows using tools like Google Sheets, Airtable, or Supabase.
• Monitoring & Optimization: Establish monitoring protocols for running automations, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize workflows for performance, cost-efficiency, and error reduction.
• Documentation & Governance: Create clear, standardized documentation for all automated processes and contribute to the governance framework for low-code platform usage.

Technical & Platform Skills

• Experience: Proven experience (2+ years) delivering complex process automations with low-code and no-code platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, Workato, or Power Automate).
• System integration: Deep understanding and practical experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth2, API key management, and JSON data structures.
• AI integration: Familiarity with integrating and using AI services and APIs (OpenAI Assistants API, Dify, LangChain) within automated workflows.
• Data transformation: Strong ability to clean, structure, and manipulate data within automation tools and external platforms such as Google Sheets and databases.
• Google Workspace: Familiarity with Google Workspace automations (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive) for internal efficiency projects.
• ETL principles: Understanding of Extract, Transform, Load principles in the context of workflow automation.
