Job summary

Main Objective: Provide support to the Human Resources Department, with a particular focus on monitoring absenteeism, data analysis, and continuous process improvement. Main Responsibilities: Support in Absenteeism Control: monitoring, reporting and analysing attendance and absence data. Administrative management of HR processes and documentation. Support in contract management and maintenance of employee records. Data analysis and reporting in Excel and other HR systems. Preparation of KPIs and dashboards to support decision-making.
