ADENTIS Portugal ищет руководителя по сетям и безопасности для управления инфраструктурами крупных клиентов и обеспечения бесперебойной работы сетевых и защитных сервисов.

Кандидат будет настраивать мониторинг (Zabbix), координировать технические вмешательства, документацию и развитие проектов в области сети, а также поддерживать гибридный режим работы в международной среде.

Qualificações

• Не менее 3 лет опыта в поддержке сетей и безопасности, эксплуатации или администрировании.
• Опыт работы в корпоративной сетевой среде.
• Знания маршрутизации, коммутации, VLAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS и DHCP.
• Опыт мониторинга и устранения неполадок в сетях.
• Знание межсетевых экранов и сетевой безопасности.
• Опыт настройки и управления сетевым оборудованием.
• Умение диагностировать и решать проблемы в критических средах.
• Хорошие коммуникативные навыки и ориентированность на клиента.

Responsabilidades

• Настройка и администрирование платформ мониторинга (в т.ч. Zabbix).
• Управление сетевой инфраструктурой и сервисами безопасности для крупных клиентов.
• Диагностика и решение проблем связности, производительности и безопасности.
• Настройка и оптимизация сетевого оборудования и средств защиты.
• Обеспечение доступности и качества предоставляемых услуг.
• Координация вмешательств с внутренними командами и партнёрами.

At ADENTIS, we put people at the center of our strategy. We are looking for a Network and Security Technical Manager to join a specialist team managing enterprise infrastructures and ensuring the operation, monitoring and evolution of network and security services for multiple clients.

Задачи:

• Configure and administer monitoring platforms, particularly Zabbix;
• Manage network infrastructures and security services for enterprise clients;
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity, performance and security incidents;
• Configure, implement and optimize networking and security equipment;
• Ensure the availability, stability and quality of the services provided;
• Coordinate technical interventions with internal teams and technology partners;
• Participate in continuous improvement and technology evolution projects;
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and operating procedures;
• Provide specialized technical support and technical consulting to enterprise clients;
• Propose improvements and changes to network and security architecture.

Требования:

At least 3 years of experience in network and security support, operations or administration; Experience in enterprise networking environments; Solid knowledge of Routing, Switching, VLANs, VPNs, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP; Experience in network monitoring and troubleshooting; Knowledge of firewalls and network security; Experience configuring and managing network equipment; Ability to diagnose and resolve problems in critical environments; Good technical and functional communication skills; Strong customer and service quality orientation.
