Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Расследование и реагирование на сложные инциденты на уровне SOC L3

The telecommunications sector is constantly evolving. • Investigate and respond to complex security incidents at SOC L3 level
• Carry out in-depth technical analysis of systems, networks and services
• Participate in the development of Incident Response processes and procedures
• Create and improve incident response playbooks
• Develop response automation and security tasks, mainly in Python
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual tasks and increase SOC efficiency
• Collaborate with network, systems and security teams to investigate and resolve incidents
• Contribute to building and developing Security Operations capabilities

Требования

• Previous experience in Incident Response and SOC operations
• Knowledge of the incident management lifecycle
• Technical experience equivalent to SOC L3, with the ability to investigate complex incidents
• Good knowledge of Python / scripting
• Solid knowledge of networks, equivalent to CCNA level
• Experience with Linux, particularly analysis and troubleshooting through a remote terminal
• Knowledge of Windows and event/system analysis
• Knowledge of the main protocols and services: HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, DHCP, SSH, TCP/IP, among others
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyse problems in a structured way
• Availability to take on prevention activities
