Job summary

Match Profiler ищет опытного инженера по инфраструктуре для поддержки и развития дата‑центра и частного облака. Вакансия требует глубоких знаний VMware/Hyper‑V, сетей Cisco/Fortinet, хранения Dell/Huawei, а также навыков автоматизации и IaC.

Qualifications

• Не менее 5 лет опыта в инфраструктуре дата‑центра, частном облаке или корпоративной среде.
• Углублённые знания Cisco/Fortinet или аналогичных технологий.
• Опыт работы с VMware и/или Hyper‑V.
• Глубокие знания корпоративного хранения данных (Dell, Huawei, SAN) и резервного копирования (Veeam, Dell Avamar).
• Опыт Linux и Windows Server, высокая доступность и многоарендные среды.
• Навыки автоматизации, скриптинга и Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Python).
• Умение технического лидерства и работы с документацией.

Responsibilities

• Обеспечение эксплуатации, доступности и эволюции инфраструктуры дата‑центра и частного облака.
• Администрирование виртуализации, хранения, бэкапов и критических систем.
• Проектирование и управление сетями с высокой производительностью и отказоустойчивостью.
• Внедрение и усиление резервирования, бизнес‑непрерывности и DR.
• Разработка автоматизации и IaC для оптимизации операций.
• Мониторинг, observability и управление пропускной способностью.
• Участие в формировании архитектуры инфраструктуры и технологического плана.

• Ensure the operation, availability and evolution of Data Center and Private Cloud infrastructure;
• Administer and optimize virtualization, storage, backup and critical systems platforms;
• Design, implement and manage network infrastructures, ensuring high levels of performance and resilience;
• Implement and strengthen security, business continuity and disaster recovery solutions;
• Diagnose and resolve complex incidents, acting as a technical reference and escalation point;
• Develop automation and Infrastructure as Code solutions to optimize operations and processes;
• Implement and improve monitoring, observability and capacity management tools;
• Participate in defining the infrastructure architecture, technical standards and technology roadmap;
• Evaluate new technologies and contribute to modernization and digital transformation initiatives;
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Требования

• At least 5 years of experience in Data Center infrastructure, Private Cloud or Enterprise environments;
• Advanced knowledge of Cisco enterprise networks, Fortinet or equivalent technologies;
• Solid experience with VMware and/or Hyper‑V virtualization platforms;
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise storage, including Dell, Huawei, SAN Switching or equivalent solutions;
• Experience with backup and recovery solutions such as Veeam, Dell Avamar or similar;
• Solid knowledge of Linux operating systems and Windows Server;
• Experience in high‑availability, mission‑critical and multi‑tenant environments;
• Hands‑on experience with automation, scripting and Infrastructure as Code.;
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills in complex environments;
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise networking, virtualization, storage, backup and security;
• Ability to provide technical leadership for highly complex initiatives;
• Experience implementing automation and Infrastructure as Code solutions;
• Excellent analytical skills and a focus on continuous improvement;
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy and ability to manage priorities;
• Good technical communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams;
• Focus on service quality, availability and platform resilience.;
