Aubay Portugal is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to design, configure, and troubleshoot complex networks across domains, including security, load balancing, and routing. Based in Lisbon, you will collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure high availability and optimal performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in network engineering, Cisco equipment, F5 BigIP and Checkpoint firewalls, CCNA/CCNP/Network+ certs, and fluent English for international projects; hybrid office model

Qualificações

• At least 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer, preferably in private banking or wealth management.
• Strong proficiency with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF.
• Experience with load balancers and firewall technologies, including ACLs and VPNs.
• Bachelor's degree and IT certifications (CCNA/CCNP/Network+); ITIL Foundation is a plus.
• Fluent English (B2/C1) for international collaboration.

What will you do?

• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot network protocols and services, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF;
• Implement and maintain network security, including firewall configurations, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and VPNs;
• Administer and optimize load balancers, ensuring high availability and performance;
• Collaborate effectively with various infrastructure teams and stakeholders to support development and integration;
• Diagnose and resolve complex network issues, ensuring stable and efficient network operations;
• Develop scripting solutions for network automation and task optimization.

What are we looking for?

• Solid professional experience of at least 5 years as a Network Engineer, preferably in the private banking or wealth management sector;
