Nonius is seeking a Network Engineer (French Speaker) to deliver high-level consulting and support to our hospitality client base. You will manage complex L2 network troubleshooting, cloud controller operations, and coordinate field technicians to ensure fast, reliable network performance.

Based on Maia, Portugal, this full-time on-site role combines project execution with hands-on deployment and on-site coordination for enterprise-grade networks in hospitality environments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Expertise in secure network architectures for IPTV, VoIP, CCTV, Guest Wi‑Fi and critical apps.
• Ability to install, configure, diagnose, and resolve routing, switching, VoIP and wireless issues.
• Strong knowledge of core protocols and network security policies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project planning and coordinate field technicians.
• Provide guidance, train junior engineers, and deliver technical reports.
• Handle L2 operations, escalations, and validate project reports.
• Create maintenance guidelines and direct field interventions.
• Propose process improvements to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
