KCS IT in Lisbon is seeking an experienced .NET Backend Developer with 5+ years of backend software development experience in .NET/C#. You will work in a hybrid setup in Lisbon, designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices for diverse client projects.

Ideal candidates have strong OOP, design patterns, and cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), plus proficiency in MySQL and CI/CD practices. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in backend software development with .NET/C#.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, clean code, and software engineering best practices.
• Solid experience with .NET and ASP.NET Core.
• Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs and Microservices architectures.
• Strong experience with MySQL and relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka will be a plus.
• Experience with Cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Good understanding of software testing practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and a DevOps mindset.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
