Consort Group, headquartered in Portugal, seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect in Lisbon to lead end-to-end IT architectures, cloud governance, and security compliance across the ecosystem. You will design, govern, and evolve complex solutions while ensuring data quality and production readiness.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, defining roadmaps, and presenting architectural recommendations to governance bodies.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in Solution/Enterprise Architecture in regulated IT environments.
• Strong cloud, security, governance and large-scale transformation expertise.
• Ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Define architecture components covering security, cloud governance, and data quality.
• Lead architecture reviews and collaborate with security and infrastructure teams.
• Establish roadmaps, costs, risks, and implementation plans.
• Ensure governance and compliance across the project lifecycle.
• Present decisions to stakeholders and governance bodies.
• Monitor roadmaps and ensure solution availability per SLAs.

Enterprise Architect

This is your mission

Are you passionate about enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, and designing resilient IT ecosystems? Then this position is for you.

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing, governing, and evolving complex end-to-end IT architectures while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards, security requirements, cloud governance, data management principles, and availability commitments across our ecosystem.

Build side:

• Design and maintain end-to-end solution architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Produce and evolve architecture deliverables, including requirement assessment matrices, solution notebooks, technical documentation, and architecture review materials.
• Define and validate architecture components covering security, continuity, cloud governance, privacy, data quality, integration flows, and production environments.
• Lead architecture review sessions and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Assess non-compliant solutions and evaluate their potential integration into reference architectures.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, data, and application teams to ensure coherent solution design.
• Estimate costs, identify risks, define implementation roadmaps, and support project planning.
• Present architectural decisions and technical recommendations to stakeholders and governance bodies.

Run side:

• Monitor the implementation of technology roadmaps in accordance with Group Technology Policies.
• Ensure solution compliance throughout the project lifecycle and during production operations.
• Maintain a cross-functional view of systems involved in data processing and information flows.
• Guarantee the quality, integrity, security, and traceability of technical processes.
• Ensure audit trails are available and maintained for all significant system changes.
• Support service continuity and availability requirements in line with agreed SLAs.
• Participate in governance committees to monitor architecture adherence and technology evolution.
• Drive continuous improvement of architecture practices and standards.

This is your background

You have at least 8 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or a similar role within complex and highly regulated IT environments. You are passionate about cloud technologies, security, governance, and large-scale transformation initiatives.

You enjoy working with multiple stakeholders, translating business needs into robust technical solutions, and ensuring architectural excellence throughout the delivery lifecycle.
