Consort Lisbon seeks a Cloud Enterprise Architect to lead cloud architecture strategy and ensure alignment with enterprise standards, security and regulatory requirements. You will oversee cloud initiatives, define standards and guide teams in Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Terraform and Ansible.

You will operate in a multinational environment, shaping technology strategy across AWS/Azure/Google Cloud/IBM Cloud while focusing on governance, risk, and value realization for the business.

Qualificações

• 5+ years designing and operating production workloads on major Cloud platforms.
• Experience in complex, international environments at the intersection of technology strategy, governance and business needs.
• Knowledge of TOGAF, Zachman or equivalent frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate complexity into pragmatic cloud solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Define and promote cloud architecture standards, reference architectures and reusable frameworks.
• Execute cloud portfolio roadmap in alignment with regulatory requirements and data sovereignty.
• Advise development teams on Cloud Native architectures, microservices, APIs, DevSecOps, CI/CD and IaC.
• Govern cloud governance including security, data residency, cost management and Secure SDLC practices.
• Provide architectural guidance to senior stakeholders and participate in governance forums.

Cloud Enterprise Architect This is your mission Are you passionate about Cloud Architecture, Enterprise Architecture and technology strategy? Then this position is for you.

As a Cloud Enterprise Architect, you will provide strategic oversight of cloud-based solutions, ensuring that technology initiatives align with enterprise architecture standards, security and regulatory requirements, risk management policies, and long‑term business objectives.

Build side:

Execute the Cloud portfolio roadmap in alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements and data sovereignty constraints.

Define and promote cloud architecture standards, reference architectures, design patterns and reusable frameworks.

Advise development teams on Cloud Native architectures, microservices, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code.

Establish architectural guardrails covering cloud security, compliance, data residency, cost management and Secure Development Lifecycle practices.

Support the assessment and validation of emerging technologies through Proofs of Concept and technology evaluations.

Guide teams in the adoption of technologies such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Terraform and Ansible.

Contribute to cloud migration strategies and assess the architectural maturity and risks of applications.

Govern the portfolio of internally and externally hosted cloud applications, monitoring architecture, maturity, risks and compliance.

Perform architecture reviews, gap analysis, SWOT analysis and Total Cost of Ownership assessments.

Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security and risk management frameworks.

Monitor compliance with cloud governance standards, including SCA, SAST, DAST and CSPM requirements.

Track risks, recommendations and remediation actions across cloud initiatives.

Provide architectural guidance and recommendations to senior technology and business stakeholders.

Contribute to cross-functional governance forums and technology committees.

This is your background

You have at least 5 years of experience designing, migrating and operating production workloads on major Cloud platforms and a strong background in Enterprise or Systems Architecture.

You have worked in complex, international environments and are comfortable operating at the intersection of technology strategy, architecture, governance, security and business needs.

You enjoy translating complex technical challenges into pragmatic solutions and are constantly looking for ways to improve technology standards, cloud adoption and architectural maturity.

This is your expertise:

Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud and/or IBM Cloud — minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Enterprise & Systems Architecture: OOP, OOAD, Middleware, distributed systems, scalability and resiliency.

Cloud Native: Microservices, APIs, distributed architectures and cloud‑native design patterns.

DevSecOps & Security: CI/CD, SCA, SAST, DAST, CSPM and Secure Development Lifecycle practices.

Enterprise Architecture: TOGAF, Zachman or equivalent frameworks.

Risk & Architecture Analysis: Gap Analysis, SWOT analysis, TCO modelling and technology risk assessment.

Cloud Governance: Architecture standards, compliance, data residency, security and cost management.

Nice to have

IBM Cloud, IBM Cloud Pak, Red Hat OpenShift on IBM Cloud or OpenStack.

Professional certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect or TOGAF.

Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Payments or Capital Markets.

Knowledge of Data Science principles.
