Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) in Lisbon is seeking a Content Innovation Specialist to drive the evolution of Nestlé’s Global Content Operating Model. You will identify, test, and implement innovative technologies and AI solutions to boost efficiency, quality, and scalability of content production.

As a key liaison across Content Solutions, IT, Marketing and external partners, you will lead pilots, build business cases, and develop playbooks for global adoption while thriving in a hybrid work

Position Summary

At Nestlé Business Solutions, we are shaping the future of content creation through innovation, technology, and operational excellence. We are looking for a Content Innovation Specialist to join our Global Content Solutions team and help drive the evolution of Nestlé’s Global Content Operating Model.

In this role, you will identify, evaluate, test, and support the implementation of innovative technologies, AI solutions, automation opportunities, and new ways of working that improve content production efficiency, quality, and scalability. Acting as a key link between Content Solutions, IT, Marketing, Procurement, Legal, and external technology partners, you will help transform how content is produced across Nestlé globally.

A Day in the life of...

• Monitor industry trends and stay current with developments in AI, automation, content technology, and digital production.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders on innovation initiatives and outcomes.
• Identify, evaluate and validate emerging technologies, AI capabilities and creative automation platforms that enhance Global Content Adaptation workflows, digital asset production and Content Hub operations.
• Lead technical evaluations, proof-of-concepts and comparative assessments of creative technologies (e.g. Adobe, GenAI platforms, automation and localization solutions), providing business recommendations based on production feasibility, scalability and operational impact.
• Analyze existing production workflows and design future-state operating models that improve automation and production efficiency.
• Develop business cases, implementation recommendations and adoption strategies, balancing technical capabilities with operational and commercial impact.
• Own end-to-end innovation pilots, including requirements gathering, success criteria, stakeholder alignment, production testing, risk assessment, documentation and executive recommendations.
• Validate technologies using real production assets and representative localization scenarios to determine operational readiness.
• Produce technical guidelines, implementation playbooks, production standards, training materials, feature comparisons and governance documentation to support global adoption.

• Experience in content production, digital content operations, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of content technologies, AI capabilities, automation, and digital workflows.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners in an international environment.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, content production platforms, workflow integrations, or related technologies is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• A proactive, innovative, and adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and emerging technologies.
