Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) in Lisbon is seeking a Content Innovation Specialist to drive the evolution of Nestlé’s Global Content Operating Model. You will identify, test, and implement innovative technologies and AI solutions to boost efficiency, quality, and scalability of content production.

As a key liaison across Content Solutions, IT, Marketing and external partners, you will lead pilots, build business cases, and develop playbooks for global adoption while thriving in a hybrid work

Qualificações

• Experience in content production or a related field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, evaluate and validate emerging technologies for content production.
• Lead innovation pilots including requirements, success criteria and governance.
• Balance technical capabilities with operational and commercial impact.
• Develop business cases and adoption strategies for new workflows.
• Produce guidelines, playbooks, and training materials for global adoption.
• Monitor trends in AI, automation, and digital production.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end innovation initiatives from concept to implementation.
