Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is seeking an eContent Expert to drive the implementation and execution of the eRetail Product Content Strategy across zones and markets. You will operationalize product content production, leverage Nestlé operating models, and enable stakeholders to achieve KPIs efficiently.

The role focuses on managing eRetail/eCommerce content holistically in a multinational setting, with hybrid work and an emphasis on change management and stakeholder alignment.

Qualificações

• More than 5 years in digital marketing /eBusiness with global brands.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and eRetail content strategy.
• Experience with content management tools and CMS platforms.
• Proven project management and change management abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Support Zone eBusiness Category Leads in developing eRetail content strategy.
• Coordinate operationalization of content with markets, brands and SBUs.

Position Summary

The core function of this expert role is to support the Zone Category eBusiness Lead(s) and Markets to drive the implementation and execution of the eRetail Product Content Strategy and help the stakeholders accelerate achieving the objectives/KPIs more effectively and efficiently. The eContent Expert will focus on operationalizing Product eContent production and the Nestlé Operating Models.

A day in the life of...

• Supports Zone eBusiness Category Lead(s) in developing/implementing the eRetail/eCommerce Content Operationalization strategy, assesses brands and market maturity and builds up Holistic Content understanding in the markets/brands bringing Capability Building when necessary.
• Advocates the implementation and usage of the Nestlé Content Operating Models (Content Services & Content Studio) and Global Solutions (e.g., Content Hub and integrated tools).
• Coordinates the operationalization action plan with the Zone Categorie(s), SBUs and Markets, ensuring timely and quality of execution.
• Supports the Zone Categorie(s) with Product Content localization process following Brand Plans with NBS, markets & SBUs and defines Continuous Improvement Plan with Zone Categorie(s).
• Creates and distributes regular performance reports/best practices outline that offer insights & recommendations.
• Supports the Zone Category team and market teams with capability building, through training sessions and webinars.
• Establishes and rolls out a governance model, processes, and ways of working with the aim of deploying the Product eContent strategy effectively and efficiently in a complex organization.
• Manages and aligns with several stakeholders and must be able to drive change management and execute Zone Category agenda with Markets.

• More than 5 years in digital marketing /eBusiness working with Global brands.
• Good knowledge of Digital Marketing.
• Good knowledge of eRetailer/Product Page Content best practices and strategy.
• Project management skills
• Experience with eCommerce/eRetail strategies is a plus.
• Experience with content management tools is a plus.
• Proficient English writing, reading, speaking.
• Proven change management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.Team oriented mentality and attitude.

• Can work independently and predominantly in a remote team.
