team.it in Lisbon (Hybrid) is seeking a Senior NAS Storage Engineer to oversee storage environments, including NetApp, Dell PowerScale/Isilon, and Hitachi VSP. The role requires strong Linux/Windows administration, AD/DFS integration, and ITIL-based incident and change management in large enterprise settings.

Location: Lisbon (Hybrid) Experience Level: Senior Language: English (minimum B2)

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience administering NetApp, Dell PowerScale/Isilon, and enterprise NAS storage environments.
• Solid knowledge of file protocols including NFS and SMB/CIFS.
• Experience integrating NAS services with Windows Active Directory, DFS, and enterprise authentication platforms.
• Strong expertise in storage provisioning, administration, capacity management, and performance optimization.
• Experience troubleshooting complex storage systems and resolving incidents in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Hitachi VSP, SAN connectivity, iSCSI, and NVMe technologies.
• Strong administration skills in Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible for infrastructure automation and operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of SAN provisioning, storage networking, and enterprise storage architectures.
• Experience supporting virtualized environments, including VMware infrastructure.
• Understanding of ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to HaveExperience with

• IBM GPFS or other distributed file system technologies.
• Knowledge of IBM Power Systems environments.
• Experience with advanced storage performance tuning and optimization initiatives.
• Proficiency in Perl scripting and storage automation frameworks.
• Exposure to hybrid cloud storage and data management solutions.
• Relevant certifications in NetApp, Dell, Hitachi, or enterprise storage technologies.
