The ideal candidate holds a Life Sciences degree and demonstrates excellent Lithuanian and English communication, with a strong scientific aptitude and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Lithuanian (C2) and English (C1) with additional language a plus.
• Knowledge of pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to medical and product-related inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Provide accurate, evidence-based medical information on products and diseases.
• Document interactions in compliance with procedures and standards.
• Identify and route adverse events and product quality complaints.
• Support safety data intake and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
