CLdN in Matosinhos, Portugal, is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to support Iberian operations. After in-house training, you will autonomously manage end-to-end transport orders, coordinate with clients, and ensure on-time delivery while complying with company and legal requirements.

You will handle multi-tasking duties, communicate in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus), use Excel and Outlook, and collaborate with the team to optimize transport solutions and resolve

Qualificações

• Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in the logistics/transport sector is advantageous.
• Strong IT skills, notably Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Autonomous, proactive and team-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Deal with all aspects of customer service for logistics.
• Create transport orders and ensure transit times and delivery dates.
• Follow up orders, costs and deadlines; keep clients updated.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve operational problems.
• Handle complaints; propose solutions and respond proactively.
• Collaborate with management to optimise transport solutions.
• Manage various administrative tasks and planning.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects as needed.
