The role requires 5–7 years in MuleSoft platform management, Omni Gateway expertise, Terraform, and API security knowledge (OAuth/OpenID). Hybrid work with two days onsite per week is offered.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of MuleSoft platform management experience
• Expertise in MuleSoft Omni Gateway (Flex Gateway)
• Terraform expertise

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily operations support and maintenance activities
• Analyze and resolve incidents within defined SLA timelines
• Handle escalated tickets from L2 support teams
• Manage platform capacity and performance for availability and scalability
• Troubleshoot using logs, monitoring tools, and diagnostics
• Conduct initial Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and propose corrective actions
• Support deployment, release, and production change activities
• Manage service requests and operational support tasks
• Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge articles, and operational docs
• Identify recurring issues and drive continuous service improvement
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for repeating tasks
• Support major incidents and service restoration efforts
• Provide on-call or after-hours support when required
• Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with support processes
• Identify risks, blockers, and improvement opportunities in support
• Interface with internal and external providers in an international context
• Produce incident resolution reports and RCA outputs
• Create automation scripts for repetitive tasks
• Maintain platform capacity and performance reports
• Suggest continuous service improvement actions and implementations
• Track operational KPIs and service quality
