Job summary

CIIMAR - Interdisciplinary Center of Marine and Environmental Research - Uporto in Matosinhos, Portugal, invites applications for a 12-month MSc scholarship within the CLIRAQUA project, financed by INTERREG Atlantic Area. Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Master’s degree program in the scientific area mentioned above.
• Experience in underwater technologies, aquatic monitoring systems.
• Experience in software development and UI/App design, including API integration.
• Background in robotics development, autonomous systems, and algorithm implementation.
• Skills in programming and computational implementation of physical models in a simulation environment

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the CLIRAQUA project activities and deliver results.
• Develop and integrate software for monitoring and UI components.
• Design algorithms and models for underwater and aquatic monitoring contexts.
• Collaborate with the LANUCE research group and CIIMAR teams.
