Quion Groep B.V. is expanding its international IT Infrastructure team and seeks a Modern Workspace / M365 Engineer for its Porto office. The role focuses on design, management, security and continuous improvement of the modern workplace across Porto and Capelle a/d IJssel, Netherlands.

You will drive end-user experience improvements, security controls, and automation while collaborating in a DevOps-stretched team. English communication is essential and Dutch is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 or Modern Workplace environments.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365 suite: Intune, Entra ID, AD, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-102, MD-102, MS-700 and/or AZ-104.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management practices.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 platforms (Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online).
• Design and implement modern workplace solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Manage Intune, endpoint management, and Entra ID.
• Enforce security, compliance, and access controls in the digital workplace.
• Automate management using PowerShell and Microsoft tooling.
• Support cloud transformations and improve the workplace environment.
• Oversee endpoint security and contribute to vulnerability management.
• Serve as technical POC for complex Microsoft 365 incidents and root cause analyses.
• Assist Service Desk with expertise and documentation.
• Contribute to audits and operational standards.
