Quion is expanding its international IT Infrastructure team and is looking for a Modern Workspace / M365 Engineer to join our Porto office. You will design, manage, secure and continuously improve the modern workplace environment as part of a stretched DevOps team across Porto and Capelle a/d Ijssel, near Rotterdam.

You will manage Microsoft 365 platforms, Intune, Entra ID/AD, Teams, SharePoint Online and Exchange Online, implement security controls, automate with PowerShell, and support cloud

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 or Modern Workplace environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-102, MD-102, MS-700 and/or AZ-104.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Managing and optimizing Microsoft 365 platforms (Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive).
• Designing and implementing modern workplace solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Managing Intune, endpoint management and Enterprise ID.
• Implementing security, compliance, and access controls in the digital workplace.
• Automating processes with PowerShell and Microsoft tooling.
• Supporting cloud transformations and workplace improvements.
• Contributing to vulnerability management and security initiatives.
• Providing incident root-cause analyses for complex Microsoft 365 issues.
• Supporting Service Desk with expertise and knowledge sharing.
• Contributing to audits and compliance activities.
