Qualifications

• 3+ years in production support/middleware operations/platform operations.
• Experience in banking or critical production environments.
• Proven experience in Kafka administration or operations support.
• Experience with Qlik Replicate or similar replication/CDC technologies.
• Good understanding of production environments, monitoring, incident management, and operational procedures.
• Experience with Linux and log analysis.
• Ability to work in an L2 support model with autonomy.
• French A1.

Responsibilities

• The Middleware Operations Engineer is responsible for supporting the run activities of Kafka and Qlik Replicate platforms, ensuring stability, operational excellence, and timely incident resolution.
• The role contributes to production monitoring, troubleshooting, standard changes, service requests and operational documentation.
• Key objective of the position is to strengthen the team’s autonomy on Qlik operations and reinforce Kafka production support while progressively developing understanding of related Cloudera platform dependencies.
