Job summary

Decskill is seeking a Middleware Operations Engineer to support run activities for Kafka and Qlik Replicate platforms, ensuring stability and timely incident resolution. You will contribute to monitoring, troubleshooting, changes, and operational documentation, while strengthening Qlik operations and Kafka production support.

The role requires 3+ years in production/middleware operations, experience with Kafka and Qlik Replicate, Linux, and a willingness to work in a demanding, client-facing

Qualifications

• 3+ years in production support/middleware operations/platform operations.
• Experience in banking or critical production environments.
• Proven experience in Kafka administration or operations support.
• Experience with Qlik Replicate or similar replication/CDC technologies.
• Good understanding of production environments, monitoring, incident management, and operational procedures.
• Experience with Linux and log analysis.
• Ability to work in an L2 support model with autonomy.
• French A1.
