Decskill, an IT consulting company with more than 10 years of experience, is growing and seeking a Systems Administrator. You will support Windows Server administration, AD DS, AD CS, AD FS, DNS, DHCP, RDS, and SCCM in enterprise environments.

This on-site role is based in Lisbon and Porto, with international exposure through the Astek Group, offering long-term opportunities and a people-focused culture. You will work autonomously and collaboratively in dynamic teams.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
• Strong experience with Windows Server administration.
• Solid hands-on experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).
• Experience with: Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS), Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS).
• DNS, DHCP, File Sharing, Remote Desktop Services (RDS).
• Experience with SCCM / endpoint management.
• Knowledge of security policies, compliance, and access control.
• Experience in enterprise / large-scale environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
• Availability for on-call / standby rotations.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in dynamic environments.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Windows Server environments in enterprise settings.
• Manage AD DS, AD CS, AD FS, DNS, DHCP, RDS and SCCM.
• Implement and enforce security policies, compliance, and access controls.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents and respond to on-call rotations.
• Collaborate with teams in a dynamic IT environment.
