Aubay Portugal is hiring to support and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O across multiple clients. You will diagnose complex incidents, perform maintenance, and drive improvements in business processes while partnering with stakeholders in a hybrid work setup.

We seek professionals with 3+ years in ERP support, strong troubleshooting skills, and fluency in English. French is a plus, and experience with Triskell is valued within a collaborative, ethical culture.

What will you do?

• Provide comprehensive Level 1, 2, and 3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Diagnose, analyze, and resolve complex incidents, escalating to vendors or partners when necessary.
• Perform application maintenance and administration to ensure the stability and reliability of the ERP system, including patch management and system updates.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents and propose functional or technical improvements to optimize business processes.
• Offer application support and manage basic platform configuration for Triskell, assisting business users and contributing to tool improvements.

What are we looking for?
