Qualificações

• Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including on-premises and cloud environments.
• Experienced with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Marketing, Service).
• Familiar with Power Apps and the Power Platform ecosystem.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and customise Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across international projects.
• Design and maintain integrations using REST APIs and Microsoft technologies.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and international teams to deliver CRM solutions.
• Support migration initiatives and rollout of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement across geographies.
