Aubay Portugal in Porto is seeking a seasoned Global Administrator to lead Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration for large, multinational clients. The role emphasizes security, licensing, and cross‑functional collaboration.

You will partner with regional IT teams and stakeholders, drive standardised configurations, and help shape our cloud services strategy within a hybrid work environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in large or global environments.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and PowerShell.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot administration, including licensing and tenant configuration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory; German is a plus.
• Alignment with our corporate culture and a commitment to integrity and ethics are highly valued.
• Strong customer focus, teamwork, task prioritisation, and daily commitment are highly appreciated.

What will you do?

• Act as a Global Administrator for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Administer key Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and M365 Apps.
• Manage tenant-wide configurations, updates, service health, and lifecycle, overseeing global licensing and service enablement.
• Administer Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, including licensing and tenant settings, ensuring compliance with data protection.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex or global issues and collaborate with regional IT teams, business stakeholders, and Microsoft support/partners.
