Aubay Portugal is seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Service specialist to analyze, develop, implement, and customize solutions with React and PCF in an agile environment. You will define requirements, build custom UI components, and demonstrate outcomes to stakeholders.

Proficiency in English, Azure development, and a collaborative, ethics-driven culture are highly valued. Hybrid work model and ongoing training support are offered.

Qualificações

• Over 4 years of experience in analyzing, developing, implementing, and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
• Ability to develop design specifications and present solutions to stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile teams to implement Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

What will you do?

• Analyze, develop, implement, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service-based solutions, ensuring cutting-edge applications tailored to business needs.
• Define both functional and non-functional requirements for Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Develop custom Microsoft Dynamics 365 UI components using React and Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
• Design specifications and present/demonstrate solutions to stakeholders, both live and documented.
• Collaborate within agile teams to successfully implement Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Utilize out-of-the-box components and modules within Dynamics 365 effectively.
