You will provide administrative support, coordinating the delivery and financial management of projects in a fast-paced environment, working with the account team to ensure timely, compliant delivery and strong client relationships.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated project administration/coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a medical communications or similar agency preferred.
• Experience developing and tracking project budgets is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, proactive problem-solving mindset.
• High attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support efficient, compliant and high-quality project delivery to assigned clients.
• Develop project plans based on briefs from internal colleagues and clients.
• Monitor and report timelines; ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate scheduling of meetings, agendas, and notes; follow-up actions.
• Build relationships with client and external stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for submission to client systems or external platforms.
• Support financial aspects of projects, including budget tracking and invoicing.
• Apply client platforms and tools as required (e.g. Datavision, Clear, Zinc, Veeva Vault).
• Undertake information retrieval relevant to client requirements.
