Envision Pharma Group in Portugal is seeking an Account Executive to support client accounts within our Envision Medical Communications business. You will provide administrative support, coordinating the delivery and financial management of projects in a fast-paced environment, working with the account team to ensure timely, compliant delivery and strong client relationships.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated project administration/coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a medical communications or similar agency preferred.
• Experience developing and tracking project budgets is beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive, proactive problem-solving mindset.
• High attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Support efficient, compliant and high-quality project delivery to assigned clients.
• Develop project plans based on briefs from internal colleagues and clients.
• Monitor and report timelines; ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate scheduling of meetings, agendas, and notes; follow-up actions.
• Build relationships with client and external stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for submission to client systems or external platforms.
• Support financial aspects of projects, including budget tracking and invoicing.
• Apply client platforms and tools as required (e.g. Datavision, Clear, Zinc, Veeva Vault).
• Undertake information retrieval relevant to client requirements.

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in supporting client accounts within our Envision Medical Communications business. Working closely with our talented account team members, you will provide administrative support, coordinating the delivery and financial management of projects. We are accepting applications from candidates based permanently in either the UK, Hungary, Serbia or Portugal. We support both remote and hybrid working from one of our office locations.

Role responsibilities

• Support efficient, compliant and high-quality project delivery to assigned clients.
• Develop project plans, taking briefs from internal colleagues and clients.
• Monitor and report on timelines, ensuring projects are managed efficiently and delivered on time.
• Coordinate the scheduling of meetings, preparing agendas and meeting notes, and follow up actions as appropriate.
• Build relationships with client and other external stakeholders, responding to queries and requests as appropriate.
• Prepare materials for submission to client systems or other external platforms.
• Support financial aspects of projects, including budget tracking, invoicing and ensuring accuracy of information.
• Apply proprietary platforms and client specific tools (e.g. Datavision, Clear, Zinc, Veeva Vault etc.) as required. Undertake tasks such as data entry, auditing and reporting, dependent on client requirements.
• Undertake information retrieval and evaluation relevant to client requirements, via online or other sources.

Do you have what we are looking for?

Skills & expertise

• Demonstrated project administration/coordination experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
• Preferably some prior experience in a medical communications or similar agency environment.
• Experience developing and tracking project budgets would be highly beneficial.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A positive, proactive, and problem-solving approach.
• High level of attention to detail.
