GKN Automotive Portugal Limitada in Porto is seeking a Master Data Analyst to set up, administer and maintain master data across procurement, commercial, finance, HR, supply chain, manufacturing engineering and quality. You will ensure data governance and adherence to naming conventions while supporting multiple ERP environments.

Job Description Summary

This role will be responsible for the setup, administration and maintenance of master data records utilized across the business processes. They will manage Master Data processes relevant to the following workstreams: Procurement, Commercial, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality. Furthermore, they follow the department standards and documentation to ensure the desired level of data quality.

Job Description:

• Ensure adherence to Data Governance standards and naming conventions.
• Manage supplier, customer, finance, quality, and manufacturing engineering master data.
• Support business consistency by following group guidelines and MDM quality standards.
• Ensure highest degree of data quality (e.g., identify mismatches, eliminate duplicates).
• Maintain and administer master records used across business processes:
• Supplier Master Data: Creation, changes, inactivation/blocking/activation across purchasing tools, ERPs, and related applications.
• Customer Master Data: Creation, changes, inactivation/activation.
• Finance Master Data: Maintain Chart of Accounts, cost centers, project data.
• Quality Master Data: Maintain IMDS material data sheets and BOM datasets.
• Manufacturing Engineering Data: Maintain item master data.
