InnoTech is seeking a seasoned MarTech Admin / Developer to join our growing team. You will administer and govern MarTech platforms, ensuring stability and scalable operations.

Work with Braze, mParticle, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tealium, and Segment, integrating tools via APIs and event-driven architectures while overseeing data flows and activation for marketing strategies. Qualificações

• 6–8 years of experience in MarTech administration, development, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Braze, mParticle, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tealium, or Segment.
• Experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, S3, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, IAM) and security best practices.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, SDK integrations, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• CPLP nationality or EU work permit.

Your Mission Will Be

• Administer and govern MarTech platforms ensuring stability, scalability, and secure operations across the ecosystem;
• Configure and maintain key tools such as Braze, mParticle, and other marketing automation platforms;
• Support integration of Martech tools through APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures;
• Oversee data flows, collection, storage, and activation to enable effective marketing strategies;
• Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to ensure smooth deployment and continuous improvement of MarTech solutions.

You Will Need

• 6–8 years of experience in MarTech administration, development, or platform engineering roles;
• Strong hands‑on experience with Braze, mParticle, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tealium, or Segment;
• Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS) including services such as Lambda, S3, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, IAM, and security best practices;
• Strong knowledge of APIs, SDK integrations, webhooks, and event-driven architectures;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Experience with Python for automation and platform scripting;
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices in cloud environments;
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA;
• Experience designing scalable MarTech architectures in enterprise environments;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
